This 9.9 Acres is located about 5 miles out of Mt. Pleasant. Access is down Parleys lane and through private property that has a gate. Access rights have not been granted or asked for at this time. The property is located on top of the hill and has excellent views of the hills and Sanpete Valley. The property has a great building site but would require a water source in order to be able to build. Access would be limited during the winter months to snowmobile. The last 1/4 of a mile is an ATV trail but would be easy to improve to 4 wheel access. The vegetation is almost entirely scrub oak but is very bountiful.
