This property is
northwest of Delta and northwest of the Intermountain
Power Plant. It is on a county road approximately
3 miles north of UT 174. There is no power or
water, but the owner is willing to include a water
share. It is currently in two parcels and could
be divided smaller. The owner believes the water
table is fairly high but is doubtful that the surface
water would be of good quality for culinary use.
The property has easy access to Little Sahara
Recreation Area as well as the Pony Express Road,
Desert Mountain and many other roads and trails.
