Home To see all of the Properties Currently Available in Sanpete County go to the link below.  These are pulled up at least every Monday morning.  They are all of the properties with at least 0.8 of an acre and up to $300,000 in price.  If you want a more specific list click the link at the bottom of the page and request whatever you want.  I can set it up to send you the specific properties that you want on and have any new ones sent out every day as they become available or weekly or monthly.

Below is a list of the Subdivisions in Sanpete County.  The ones at the top in BLUE are subdivisions that are accessible year around.  The others have limited access during the winter months and that access is usually limited to snowmobiles.
