The Meadows/Skyline Heights

General Info-  The Meadows and Skyline Heights are both located inside the boundaries of Skyline Mountain Resorts & Legacy Mt. but are not a part of the association.  Skyline Mt. Resorts has a nine hole golf course and swimming pool.  The owners in The Meadows and Skyline Heights do have access to both the golf course and pool the same as the general public and have to pay the public rate.  Both subdivisions have year around access, water, power and phone.   Normally there is a $3000 water fee.  This has already been paid for by the seller.
