DEFINITIONS:  Most of the properties on this site are "recreational" with about 20% being "year around" if you wanted to.

RECREATIONAL ONLY - Those properties that have limited access during the winter and are not usually considered satisfactory for "year around access".  Most can be accessed by snowmobile even in the worst times.  These properties may or may not have power or water.  Assume they do not unless they say they do.  Power will then be by generator and water will either be by your own drilled well or storage tank.  

YEAR AROUND -  These are generally in recreational areas but have the distinction of being accessible by automobile all year around.   Usually these properties have water and power but not always.

We are in the process of accumulating properties from around the state.  The highest concentration at the present time is for properties from Sanpete County, located almost in the middle of the state.
