This has been used as mobile court in the past.  The city has indicated a willingness to allow it to be upgraded and put back into use as a mobile court.

The house is approximately 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 50% of the basement having been used in the past but not improved currently.  The property lines of the lots well have to be adjusted so that the house is separated from the mobile court.  The mobile court and the house are approximately 5 feet higher than the acre to the north.   There is a storm drain that drains on to the property to acre.   

The property is conveniently located close to the new county ATV trail between Scofield Resevoir and the canyons.  In 2007 I talked to the city and they were interested in me improving the park to make it usable for overnight camping and recreational vehicles that use the new ATV trail.
